Işık Plastik began producing industrial sheets in 1998 at its factory in Gebze Organized
Industrial Zone. Işık Plastik is Türkiye's largest and one of Europe's leading manufacturers
of industrial plastic sheet. The products are used in construction, lighting, safety glass,
advertising, healthcare, automotive, sanitary , sound barriers , sports areas , ice-hockey
rings and greenhouse sectors.
Işık Plastik, who is also a R&D center of the Ministry of Industry, established its Project
Management department in 2018 and start projecting professional Sound Barriers with project
design, contracting, and sound barrier panels.
Testing and certifications have been completed in accordance with EN 1793 and EN 1794 standards, which fall under the umbrella of EN 14388 (Road, Traffic, Noise Reduction Equipment Specifications).

Our Işık-2 factory in the Gebze Organized Industrial Zone was commissioned in 2021,
increasing both capacity and product diversity.

Our primary goal is to minimize the environmental impact of our products , production and to protect
the environment.
The company was first awarded with Bronze medal and finally the Gold medal at the Environmental
Excellence Awards organized annually by the IAPD (International Association of Plastics
Distributors).
Işık Plastik has ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System and ISO 50001:2018
Energy Management System. It ensures production by taking environmental impact into account in every
stage of the production process, from the initial stage of production to the end user.
